Norfolk LDC Privacy Notice
As your Local Dental Committee of Norfolk, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of those colleagues we communicate with. In this Privacy Notice, we provide detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we have disclosed it to others and how we keep it secure.
We collect only two elements of your data: your name and email address.
This has been obtained by us following contacts with recipients requesting that they are added to our mail lists or from practice email addresses which are openly available.
We use that information to keep you posted with material relevant to you and your practice as a dentist and to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information.
We will not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by emailing our data controller Jason Stokes at norfolkldc@gmail.com
Keeping your information safe
We store your personal information securely on password protected documents on a password protected computer system. Your information can only be accessed by the Norfolk LDC Data Controller, Jason Stokes.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request or any other message or concern to our data controller.

This privacy notice does not cover the links within our communications linking to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.
This privacy policy will be reviewed annually every April.
